What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 100 pieces per design/color. For mixed colors or designs, we can discuss flexible options based on your needs.
Can you customize bags with my logo?
Yes! We offer multiple logo customization methods including embossing, debossing, screen printing, metal badges, and embroidery. Send us your logo file and we'll provide mockups.
How long does it take to receive samples?
Sample lead time is 7-10 days. Sample fee is $50-$100 per piece, which is refundable when you place a bulk order.
Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
Yes, we provide both OEM (your design) and ODM (our design with your branding) services. Our design team can help bring your ideas to life.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (bank transfer) with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. For large orders, we can discuss L/C terms.
